Payment Conditions:

All booking should be made two months in advance and must be confirmed one month in advance.

20% of the total amount must be sent through bank to our account at the time of confirmation. Balance of 80% must be reach us at least 15 days prior to the arrival of the client, to reconfirm the booking.

In the case of cancellations after the trip has been confirmed, cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. No refund will be made once the trip has started.

Our cost will not cover insurance of any kind. We advise you to get your insurance coverage in your country of origin.

Mid zone Nepal Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any kind of damage caused by natural calamities such as earthquakes, landslides, floods, fires, accidents, weather conditions and government actions etc. We will not be liable for changes to your itinerary, route or schedule or for any delay or cancellation of a trip by reason of any events or circumstance beyond our control such as riots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, strikes etc. no compensation or refund will be offered under such events or circumstances.
